In addition to its sales and development center in Hungary, the company provides its solutions in 11 countries through local support, making it one of the largest telematics providers in Europe.

HOW YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE:

- You stay in touch with customers, providing them with ongoing support

- You will handle customer problems efficiently and quickly, always striving for the best solution, working with the sales and administration team

- We expect your active participation in marketing and communication activities

- You will also carry out your administrative tasks with precision

WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO JOIN, IF:

 

  • You have secondary education
  • You are punctual and accurate
  • You have good communication skills ( English, Polish, sometimes Russian or Ukranian)
  • Excellent problem solving and stress management skills
  • It is important to you that the customer is satisfied and hangs up the phone with a smile.
  • You are reliable and have a high degree of autonomy in your work

WE APPRECIATE AS AN ADVANTAGE:

Knowledge of commercial or CRM systems is an advantage but not a requirement
