We are looking for a Sales Excellence Advisor for the Sales Development organization to work in partnership with Cluster Sales Leaders and stakeholders in order to increase competence and performance by ensuring effective and efficient sales learning solutions are planned, developed and implemented at a unit, function and individual level with clear alignment to business strategies and job requirements. The candidate will also provide proactive consultancy to business leaders to address competence needs and ensure continuous communication and visibility of learning opportunities and impact to drive a high impact learning culture. The role is based in Fót reporting to the Head of Sales Development.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Work closely with all Cluster Sales Leaders & key stakeholders to understand their business requirements
  • Work closely with all sales consultants to examine and evaluate their sales techniques so as to find that points where improvements needed
  • Based on your excellent experience in sales/business development you are able to identify gaps and can suggest and implement new methods or best practices to improve the performance of sales consultants
  • Identify and remove sales blockers across all aspects
  • In the role you will build relationships to become recognized as a trusted advisor & mentor to the sales advocates
  • Develop sales learning plans to align with business requirements
  • Implement & drive sales learning solutions
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of all sales learning solutions
  • Report & communicate outcomes of learning solutions
  • Mentor/coach & guide junior sales learning consultants
  • Ensure collaboration and communication between the clusters

CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Proven track record of sales development
  • Experience in sales/leadership
  • Able to handle and communicate with C-Level
  • Understanding of personality types (ex. DISC)
  • Understanding of sales, sales process and sales techniques
  • Strong consultative skills
  • Project management skills
  • Mentoring and coaching skills/experience
  • Able to present & communicate information
  • Proactive, analytical, creative mindset, Can-do attitude
  • Good to have: technical mindset but not necessary
  • Ability to travel frequently in European countries
  • Fluent English language knowledge
