We are looking for a dynamic Office Manager in part-time with home office possibilities to support the company’s Brno operations. Candidate will maintain office operations while performing a wide variety of tasks ranging from administrative responsibilities to managing budgets and vendors.
The Hungarian-owned WebEye Telematics Zrt., together with its international subsidiaries, is a key player in the European telematics market. In addition to its sales and development center in Hungary, the company provides its solutions in 14 countries through local support, making it one of the largest telematics providers in Europe.
What You Will Be Doing:
• Handling incoming invoices
• Outstanding receivables management
• Reporting for HQ
• HR related tasks
• General office operation task
• Keeping contact with authorities
• Secondary education or higher
• Digital skills (excel, word, power point, teams) high level knowledge
• B2 level English knowledge (in both written and verbal form)
• Respect the deadlines
• Very good problem solving ability
• Individual and teamwork
You can work either in our office in Brno or in Home office. Part-time job.
