The Global SoHo Sales Manager manages support functions essential to sales force performance and act as an advisor of the Chief Market Officer and for the local subsidiaries. These include planning, reporting, quota management, sales process optimization, sales leadership training/coaching, sales programs implementation provided by the Chief Subsidiary team and Sales Excellence team.

The Manager is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned SoHo sales segment. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, the position also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the SoHo segment supported.

The Hungarian-owned WebEye Telematics Zrt., together with its international subsidiaries, is a key player in the European telematics market. In addition to its sales and development center in Hungary, the company provides its solutions in 14 countries through local support, making it one of the largest telematics providers in Europe.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Deal with the local market sales team’s in order to handle the SoHo sector in relation to marketing customer requirements & loyalty/retention cases
  • Understand the competitive landscape and target markets in strategies and messaging for the SoHo Segment
  • Evaluate the competitive offers/internal information related to segment usage & revenue in order to contribute to developing/adjusting commercial propositions accordingly
  • Align with commercial & technical entities in order to optimize efficiency of sales activities
  • Execute successful marketing campaigns, automations, digitization’s in the SoHo Segment to drive revenue targets and profitability KPIs
  • Manage-Go to Market process for SoHo Segment in coordination with other stakeholders and departments
  • Acting as an advisor to the Chief Market Officer’s directorate, prepare weekly/monthly and quarterly reports and advise on the necessary actions to maintain/improve individual/team and country level sales, renewal and churn performance
  • Monitor, track and evaluate supervisor performance based upon pre-determined Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and provide personal ongoing support and feedback to sales managers to ensure all client deliverables are met and WebEye standards are adhered in the SoHo segment
  • Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
  • Coordinates sales forecasting and planning processes used within the sales organization
  • Implements enabling technologies, including CRM/marketing automation tools which enable a smooth SoHo segment customer journey
  • Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinates SoHo training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel in the sales organization supported

YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

  • B2C or B2B with strong SoHo customer segment management knowledge
  • Experience in digital & automation, AI design and implementation
  • Experience in digital marketing and targeted content management
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university or three years leadership experience preferably in a sales, marketing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with various Windows programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, CRM systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Hungarian and English 
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
